Breeder of Miniature American Shepherds to a meticulously high standard.

All about Ironpaws Agility

Our first season was all about bringing Boomer into Agility slowly, we started off in March 2014 running NFC (Not For Competition) and in his first season we had gained 2 1st places, 5 2nd places, 1 3rd and 1 4th place. Sadly due to a long term medical condition I have not been able to do much agility since, I am only able to do it when my health permits. We have no doubt that under the right handling Boomer would have done well at agility, perhaps he will still have a chance to shine as our daughter is becoming a very good handler and has expressed and interest in agility. We are also working towards Apollo (Ironpaws Iron Lady) gaining experience in agility, she has shown a real Spark and I hope that a friend will run her for me towards the end of 2017. Nova currently enjoys fun agility as a way to keep fir and challenged.

Boomer competing at Lydiard Park in Wiltshire, we sadly had 5 faults but a fast round.

We finished 2014 with a bang with a first place in the Agility at Wallingford and three second places at the UKA Christmas Chase! Boomer is now having a well earned rest until April 2015.

This was Boomer taking part in his first competitive course at the UKA MADS show in Wiltshire.
